Charlie Poindexter
Charlie is President and one of the founders of Trigon in 1984. In addition to his role as President, Charlie generally serves as a Project Manager or Assistant on Trigon's larger projects. Charlie also oversees the financial management of our projects. Beginning about 10 years ago, Charlie recognized that the construction industry is moving toward Construction Management. With Charlie's leadership, Trigon has become one of Oklahoma's leading Construction Management firms.

Tim Mayer
Tim has been with Trigon since 1985. Beginning in the field, Tim was promoted to Superintendent, then Estimator, and is currently Chief Estimator and Project Manager. Tim is often responsible for bringing projects into budget through value engineering and constructability reviews. Tim has been personally responsible for converting over budget plans to real projects, on time and within budget. Tim has been Project Manager on over 60 projects for Tulsa Public Schools, 3 at Monte Cassino Schools, 4 at Boston Avenue United Methodist Church and most recently the $12 million dollar South Tulsa Baptist Church Sanctuary. Tim's projects, the Ray Siegfried Early Learning Center and the Malcolm Disenroth Performing Arts Center at Monte Cassino School as well as Northside Christian Church in Broken Arrow have been recognized by "Excellence in Construction" Awards by the American Builders and Contractors of America.

Steven Ryan
Steven has been with Trigon since 2002. Steven graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1995 with a degree in Civil Engineering. Prior to joining Trigon in 2002, Steven was a Project Engineer for FHC, Inc. He was recognized as Employee of the Year in 2001. Steven served as General Superintendent for the Philbrook Museum of Art, 23 Acre Garden and Grounds Renovation Project. Steven’s experience and expertise was vital to the reconstruction of Crow Creek that runs through the project. In addition to Crow Creek, Steven supervised the 6.5 million dollars of construction including the reconstruction of the existing exterior gardens, the new South Allee garden, the renovation of the fountains and water effects, site work, and landscaping, new restrooms, and the restoration of the Villa exterior. Steven became a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) and a LEED Accredited Professional by examinations by the Construction Manager Certification Institute and The Green Building Certification Institute. Steven’s engineering background brings expertise to Trigon that few construction firms have. Although Trigon has made the decision to not provide civil engineering services, it is beneficial to have the professional understanding and engineering experience in house. After being promoted to Project Manager, Steven has worked on multiple projects for Tulsa Public Schools including the recently completed $20 million dollar Clinton Middle School in west Tulsa.

Janet Chambers
Since 1992, Janet’s role at Trigon has been to manage the accounting, insurance and the office. As Trigon has grown to where almost all of our projects are Construction Management, the accounting associated with these projects has become quite complex. Janet’s adept understanding of accounting proves vital to Trigon being able to provide accurate and timely information to our clients. She prepares a monthly job cost report and contingency update on every project, every month. Almost every client has someone on the building team with an accounting background. Our clients are always pleased with our procedures and should a question arise there is always someone to contact. Janet and Charlie Poindexter are familiar with Trigon’s accounting systems and procedures and work together to verify that Trigon’s accounting is both accurate and easily understood.
