Our Pre-Construction Services consist of cost estimates, constructability reviews, construction systems and materials studies, preparation of individual bid packages, bidding and negotiations, and preparation of construction contracts. We can also assist with site analysis and zoning issues.

Trigon will assign a seasoned professional full-time Superintendent and a Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager to your project. At Trigon, we always have more than one person with a thorough knowledge of the project. This is most important to insure continuity in times of illness and vacations. The Project Manager will be responsible for processing submittals, RFI's (Request for Information), schedules and budget updates. The Superintendent will be Trigon's on-site person and would manage the daily construction of your project. We will have weekly meetings with the contractors on site. We usually have weekly or bi-weekly meetings with the design team and the client and/or their representatives. At those meetings we discuss any items that pertain to the construction of the project. We document the meetings and distribute minutes to everyone present, the design team, and members of the building committee. We are members of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and are certified by the Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMCI) and Green Building Certification Institute as an LEED Accredited Professional. Although Trigon specializes in Construction Management, we also bid some projects as a General Contractor. In order to use financially stable, quality subcontractors, we usually limit our bidding to projects that have a select list of bidders. We are members of the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC). Our bonding rate is less than 1%. Our experience modifier is 0.9%.

Some clients have more than one project at a time. We can assist with the management and coordination of simultaneous projects. We will prepare a Management and Administrative Plan to successfully interface multiple projects with the ongoing operations and requirements of our clients.
